Shipping and Handling Charges are based on your merchandise total and shipping method. Your Shopping Cart will automatically determine your Shipping and Handling fees.

ROSarms USA prefer USPS Priority shipping method but we do offer UPS services.

Your order will leave our warehouse in about two business days after you place your order. Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund if an return authorization number is requested within 30 days of receipt of item. Authorization numbers are obtained by contacting our customer service. Please include the list of items to be returned and reason. Authorization numbers will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of request.

Used products WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be new and in new condition. Product return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless by our mistake. Package your return inside another container with at least 2 inches of packing material on all sides. Put the Return Authorization Number on all sides of the box. Returns without a return authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the shipper.
